Kim Keeley Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Kim is a public and private sector entrepreneur specializing in service and workforce development, and development of support packages for those community members in greatest need.
Before founding Core Plan International in 2005 Kim spent 14 years with Continental Airlines where she served in a variety of senior-level management positions in the US, Europe and Asia. During her tenure she worked in leadership roles in sales and revenue management, product development, branding and strategic partnerships.
She is dedicated to using social enterprise to help break the barriers that the disenfranchised face to gain access to careers and skills training. Her objective is to use her social capital and strategic partnerships as a vehicle to help the most vulnerable gain the access they deserve to all markets and close the current gap between political rhetoric and the reality on the ground.
Colin Cripps Chief Operating Officer UK
Colin Cripps Colin Cripps was the founder, in 1987, of In-volve, a UK charity working with drug users in some of the most deprived areas of the country that has now become a major deliverer of services. As part of this work he developed the UK's first young people's drug treatment service working in schools, pioneered community involvement and peer education programs, was responsible for the introduction of complementary therapies to young people's drugs services and a host of other innovative approaches to working with socially excluded and marginalized young people and adults. He has been a strong proponent of partnerships between the charitable, state and private sectors: a partnership Colin initiated between In-volve and KPMG around workforce development won a Commendation for Innovation in the Business in the Community - Prince's Trust Awards. He has been a frequent speaker at conferences across Europe as well as in the UK. He has written books on UK Drugs Policy and numerous articles on drugs policy and practice and has made regular appearances in the media. He has also written textbooks, information packs for parents and young people and designed and commissioned dramas, videos and CD-ROMs for professional training and classroom use. Colin designed the UK's first accredited course for access to employment in the drugs field in 1992. Colin has an outstanding track record in service and performance management. Prior to his work with In-volve Colin had worked in engineering, the health service, teaching, youth-work and as an education advisor.
Raymond Bercini President and Co-Founder
Raymond V. Bercini Ray is an 20-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, assigned as a Detective in the departments gang unit. During his years of service, he has been involved in programs working with inter-city youth and their families, who live in gang-infested neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County. He has served as a life coach and mentor for hundreds of youth and young adults for over 20 years. Ray is a teacher and facilitator of cognitive skills and relational development approaches. He is an International keynote speaker in the area of youth prevention and intervention strategies. Ray has also served as a consultant to Executive level Law Enforcement Officials, Federal Government leaders, International Government leaders, City Mayors, Civic leaders, Private and Professional agencies and the community at large.
Dr. Rafael Campos Hernandez Vice President Latin America
Rafael brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from the world of Information Technology and Education. A native of Mexico, he resides in Mexico City with his wife and two young sons, and is also a senior executive with an international corporation specializing in information technology and human development. Rafael combines cutting edge I.T. skills with a lifelong devotion to education and public service.
His educational research is centered on helping people through: information technology, effective teaching with technology, developing human potential, cognition sciences and creating ethical behaviors

Rafael received his Doctorate in Education from The University of Memphis in 2003
Randall Zempel Director U.S.
Randall obtained a US Navy commission through Officer's Candidate School, in Newport Rhode Island, following his graduation from the University of California, Riverside, in 1979.
In the Navy, Randall served as a Damage Control Officer, Nuclear Weapons Officer, and Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer. As Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Randall earned the Pacific Fleet's Admiral Sides Award in 1983, for ASW excellence. Randall also served in a combat surveillance unit, as Logistics Officer, during the first Gulf War--during which he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. In 1994, Randall retired from the Navy with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Randall has continued his life of public service with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, where he has served as Sergeant for the past nine years. Randall's assignments within the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department have included Custody Operations, Patrol Deputy and Patrol Supervisor, Technical Surveillance Investigator, and Risk Management. Randall recently supervised approximately 1,600 volunteers, representing forty different programs providing services to over twenty thousand jail inmates. He is now deeply involved in the crucial effort to help jail inmates make the all-important first steps towards successful re-integration into the community upon their release from jail
